Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement concerns the website www.trust360.fi. It has been drawn up in the form required by the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102). The accessibility target for the site is level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Scope of the statement and target level
The statement concerns the website www.trust360.fi in its entirety, including the forms on the site. It does not concern the views behind the sign-in of the Trust360 OS service, for which a separate statement will be drawn up when the service is taken into use.
The accessibility target for the site is level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, which corresponds to the accessibility requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services.
Accessibility status
The site meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA. Accessibility was taken into account in the design and implementation of the site from the outset; it was not added afterwards.
The observations described below under Known limitations are not breaches of the accessibility requirements, but they are recorded here for transparency about the user experience.
How accessibility has been taken into account
The site is built on semantic HTML and has been tested with a keyboard and with a screen reader. There is no video or audio content on the site, so captions and audio description are not required.
- Semantic structure: heading levels follow a consistent order and the parts of the page are marked with landmarks.
- Keyboard use: all functions, menus and forms can be operated with a keyboard alone, and there are no keyboard traps.
- Visible focus: the focused element has a clearly distinguishable focus indicator.
- Contrast: the contrast ratios of text against its background meet level AA requirements on both light and dark backgrounds.
- Reduced motion: the operating system's prefers-reduced-motion setting is respected and animation is kept to a minimum.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images and icons have a text alternative, and decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms: fields have programmatically associated labels, and error messages are conveyed as text rather than by colour alone.
Known limitations
We have identified the following points on the site that may affect the user experience. We will correct any shortcomings found as part of the site's ongoing development.
- The example data visualisations inside the cards are decorative. The information they show is also given as text alongside the card, and the visualisations are marked as decorative for assistive technology.
- Some pages are long and contain many sections. A skip link to the content is provided at the start of the page, and heading levels can be used to move between sections with a screen reader.
Preparation of the statement and method of assessment
This statement was drawn up on 14 Sep 2026 and is based on a self-assessment carried out by the company. The assessment was made before the site was published.
The assessment used automated accessibility tools together with manual testing with a keyboard and a screen reader. The statement is reviewed whenever significant changes are made to the structure or content of the site.
